Anyway, good on you golden_eve, I hope everything settles down for you soon. Maybe you're still in the 'settling in' phase of your new job. Stress can really take it out of a person.

I am on meds actually.... I don't want to increase the dosage right now though.

Yeah, I suppose I do have a few survival tactics I can use, and I am.... I try to think of any positives I can hold onto each morning, but it's not helping me to feel much better.

And, yeah, part of it is the new job, but it's also my weight too. Stress really does wear on a person.
