I see what you mean. On the one hand Liasons are doing their best to attend to unanswered threads in a fast paced environment. Sure, occassionally a post can fall through the cracks on any given day. On the other, what gets classified as urgent? Because in an emergency situation contacting a crisis team, line or ER is advisable.
I just checked the OPs history and responses from members was timely. Unfortunately, there wasn't lengthy discussion for whatever reason. And I'm not certain after being here for 5 years if it's where on the board the posts are located or if the busyness of members, etc? It could be topic? I'm really not sure, myself. It could be timing?
