It is not like I was still anxious from what I dreamt, because I knew I was dreaming as soon as I woke up... I guess? I was anxious because when I stood up, it felt so abnormal.
I read somewhere about chest pain? I woke up that morning with a pain in my chest and I never get such pains... headaches, stomach aches and other such things do not happen very often.

I have never had chest pains when waking up from a dream but one of my siblings did. for them it was a heart attack. my suggestion is contact your medical doctor. they can do an EKG which can diagnose what your chest pains are and if they are related to your dream or waking up.
