Thank you Yellow Fleurs I saw pdoc and pnurse and it felt like they wanted get rid of me (take me off their books). So when I asked this question their response was unclear and they didn't answer all of my questions but they asked me LOTS of questions and I replied to all of them. I have filed a complain because not only they were reluctant to help me from the start which resulted in acute episodes and turned into chronic illness. They don't always return my calls unless I complain so this is very stressful. Its agony to go through this without the help of mental health team.
