MB is a personality test, invented by two people that actually have no background whatsoever in psychology! Like anything in psychology,some research supports it and some say it’s bunk. Generally any kind of test you can do online lacks reliability and validity, and you should take the results with a grain of salt. Also, with personality tests, your results can change constantly, thereby indicating low test-retest reliability.
