Don't give up, Crook32. Have you already tried to personaly ask for a raise? Maybe that could help. I know how frustrating these kind of things can be. Are you sure you want to change your job? Do you have a plan? Are there other reasons you want to change your job? I think it's something to consider, especially if it would result in a pay cut. Perhaps talk to your T about this?
