Somehow I have managed to move from being basically bedridden for four years to having periods of relative health. Not quite sure how I pulled that off as I threw just about every option, medical or herbal, that my rheumatologist gave me and didn't improve. Started giving all that stuff up, still healthy diet, il exercise, yada, yada, yada, and began improving. It sounds like you experience a worse version than I currently do. I really feel for you.

I was diagnosed almost 10 years ago. After being in constant pain for 2 years.

My pain is always at a 6 and today it’s an 8 I really lose it when it’s a 9, then I have PsA which is just more pain

There’s really no treatment for it , I take Lyrica not sure if it helps or not , but scared to stop it Incase.

I’m a walking barometer. Hot and cold trigger it.

I’m glad you have the ability to have lower levels. I wish one day to get a break ! It gives me hope knowing some people get relief

There’s only one person on this planet I wish would get it ! He more than deserves to be in agony
