Friday after breakfast and after the tasks already done:
I have planned to use this day inside as 20 minutes on and 10 minutes off work until lunch. I will use 30 minutes where I work very fast as a replacement for my outside walk. It's raining so much today, so going outside can wait until the evening when I have an appointment.
