I went for a 30 min walk instead of a 20 min. I have done everything on the list except the dish wash.

Some of my goals for Thursday:

- After breakfast and hygiene: Do the dish wash
- Work in the home with breaks in between
- Gymnastics
- Healthy Eating
- Dance

ATTENTION!




(The blushing face is for feeling a bit ashamed for crying out "ATTENTION" and the angry face is for "Why shouldn't I?").

OK, what happened was that I suddenly started to have a depressed feeling. I red something that upset me and reminded me of something that happened years ago. I could have been stuck at the table and opened up for the depression to creep in. Instead I recognized it as a trigger. I mean I did both: I recognized the trigger and became angry (feeling) and at the same time told myself to be active (selfcare to not allow myself to sink deeper in the depressed feeling).

Now, after being active, I'm sitting here with a cup of tea, relaxed and relieved. I was able to react in an alternative way toward the trigger. I am proud of myself. And so I want you to be when you fight against what can trigger depression in your lives. Post it here and be proud of yourself!

For now I'm going to take a shower, make dinner and eat it before I go to the dance.

My goals for Friday:

1) brush teeth - a) in the morning b) after lunch c) after dinner
2) make bed
3)take shower
4) clean bedroom
5) wash pet's towel and my hankerchief
6) give food to the stray cats
7) go to the bank
8) go to the grocers to buy chocolate
9) decide what to cook for tomorrow
10) do the dishes
11) take care of pet
12) exercise - a) walk indoors: 20min + 20min
b) sit-ups - 40

Overall: Eat healthy... Try to take one day at a time... Try to make it through the day... Be patient and wait....Be hopeful and look forward to a happy future.

I'm not feeling all that well today. I cleaned the litter box. That's all I think I can do. Will try to relax today. Hope everyone is doing well.

Plans for Friday:

I feel very tired now, so to plan for the whole of tomorrow is too difficult for me (but I feel fine and OK). I will only plan for after breakfast and then make the rest of the list tomorrow.

- Put the dishwasher to work while I have breakfast.
- After breakfast: Make the washing machine work.
- Plan for the rest of the day.

I washed the dishes this morning. I feel Okay. Later I will try to open packages and go through my mail. Mainly I want to have an easy day. Hope everyone has success with their goals.

Friday after breakfast and after the tasks already done:

I have planned to use this day inside as 20 minutes on and 10 minutes off work until lunch. I will use 30 minutes where I work very fast as a replacement for my outside walk. It's raining so much today, so going outside can wait until the evening when I have an appointment.

Yesterday I took someone to an appointment, dropped off some stuff at storage unit, went to the food pantry, went to soup kitchen (& got meal for 1 other person), threw away 2 bags of stuff, downloaded some stuff from Netflix to watch at home, received donations to pass on to people, gave someone a ride to shelter, scooped litter box.

Today I am too tired to do much. Though I did bring in food & stuff from the car that I was too tired to deal w when I got home last night & put most of it away.

I ordered groceries this morning and created some videos. I don't feel like doing much of anything else today. Tomorrow will be another lazy day.

I did some character animation, created some music and worked on videos. I also played games. That's all I'm doing today. Tomorrow I'll do housework. Hope everyone's weekend is going well.

I mix music loops with software like a dj would or a music producer. I do play a little guitar, but I like mixing better. Do you play an instrument? I typically do house/dance music.
