I am now wondering if my psychiatrist will decide to cancel/postpone his trip to Europe that he planned in April, given what Trump said last night about preventing travel from Europe into the US for 30 days. Perhaps the timing would work out for my pdoc, but what if Trump extended it? My pdoc and his wife would be stuck in Europe. That would be just marvelously grand, huh?

I do need to go to the grocery store today. I'm thinking of doing a bit more stocking up, considering. I do have a hair appointment later this morning. I'll be extra careful there. As I wrote yesterday, even they sent a notice about their safety measures. We certainly don't want our entire town closed down (save supermarkets and pharmacies) like they are in some parts of Italy. Speaking of pharmacies, I picked up my two prescriptions from my now "old" pharmacy yesterday before setting up at a different one, because of my old one now being "out of network".
I don't think we have any coronavirus cases in the area where I live, but who knows... some people are probably carrying it and are asymptomatic (for now).

If you do go grocery shopping, wipe down your products with a sanitizing wipe or hand sanitizer. I saw some people a few weeks ago who were coughing in their hands and touching items on the shelf and then putting the items back. Gross!

I am sure they didn't have coronavirus, but the fact people do that s*** is worrying.

I wish our country was like japan, where it is socially unacceptable to cough in public without a mask.
