I am now teleworking from home (which makes me very lucky to still be able to work). Also, hormones have been naturally making it worse, but I should be feeling better in that regard soon. Mostly, I am concerned about my loved ones and everyone in the world who is affected. Also, I sort of broke my kitchen faucet yesterday and had a mini meltdown over that. Not the end of the world, but it's how I wash dishes and was going to be how I hooked up my portable washing machine I got so I could avoid the laundromat. I need to see if I can find a way to fix it myself I guess. My leasing office is closed indefinitely and you can still put in for emergency maintenance, but I feel bad making someone come to my apartment right now and it's not exactly an emergency. At least I have a bathroom sink still.

In good news my therapist is offering me weekly sessions now (we usually do biweekly) over teletherapy. I feel quite fortunate in that regard because I could use the support. I am also glad that she will be able to continue working. I think a lot of medical and mental health professionals are going this route. Sending everyone compassion.
That's great to read that your therapist has increased your session numbers, at least for now. We all need such extra support.

Wild Coyote makes a good point about googling how to fix things. I know that not everything is easy enough for us non-plumbers to do, but really some are. My husband was quite proud of himself a long while back at replacing whole toilets. A guy at Home Depot encouraged him to do it. He cheered "You can do it!" Hubby also fixed another toilet issue not that long ago.

As a funny side story, when I was maybe 22 years old (over 25 years ago) I lived in Taipei, Taiwan briefly in a youth hostel. There we had to wash our clothes in large sinks using a washboard and clothes washing bar soaps. It was sort of fun for a bit. Kind of like taking a step back in history. Of course I don't think washboards are that readily available anymore, unless an old grandma has an antique one. My maternal grandmother used to also use old cast iron irons as doorstops. I guess they would put them on wood stoves, or the like, to heat up before use. My maternal uncle took all of that stuff. I'm not sure what he did with it. I do know that in my parent's house, there is still an antique butter churn in a cabinet. All they'd need is a dairy cow, and they'd be set. I remember milking a cow when I was a little girl. My great grandmother's brother had a dairy farm. I knew him a little.
