The entire purpose of education IS to teach students to learn how to learn. It should never be an environment that anyone is supposed to learn how to fear failure. Instead it needs to be an environment to learn how much enjoyment you can actually get by seeing how much you can learn.

A movie that comes to mind is "Dangerous Minds" starring Micheal Phiffer. I liked how she decided to approach these challenged high school students by allowing them to start with an A and try to keep it instead of thinking they could never achieve an A.
