I once had a moment of enlightenment in a therapy session. The T shot it down... "No don't do that" was the response. How dare I voice my thoughts...
That comment made me fearful to try my personal revelation. (I am not suggesting I have a cure, many of us have worked out that a cure is unlikely)
Yesterday, I tried it, I got brave. It was helping yesterday.
