Except O Christmas Tree... detest that song lol
Question: Have you ever attended any groups aimed at people with mental health illness?
(Curious as I'm starting a group next week through the NHS Occupational Therapists.... its at a local college and the college runs a day and the OT's run the other 2 days. Its a course called GOALS its only 7 weeks but I'm hoping it will help me get a goal for structure in my life etc)

That's wonderful, Miss Laura! I'm sure many people will appreciate such a course.
I have attended a few groups related to mental health. In the US, there are two organizations that offer support groups and other educational programs or events throughout the country. One is NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) and the other DBSA (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance). I've attended groups/events of both. There are others, too. I also once attended a multi-week program held at my local library that focused on coping with chronic illnesses. That included other illnesses, but was still quite helpful. I am all for such classes and groups.
Q: Have you ever taken on a leadership role (even temporarily) at work, school, or in personal life endeavors?
