No sport that the school offered, but I am fond of and good at badminton and darts.

Are you good at dancing? If so, what type is your favorite style?

I like badminton too, and didn't like sports offered at school. I like darts too and table tennis

I'm ok/good at dancing, only ever took lessons in ballroom dancing. I prefer free style dancing at parties etc

No, I am usually a very determined type. The only time I am not is during the rare periods that I am depressed.

Do you have a project that you are currently working on or want to work on? What is it?

I have been meaning to throw some of my clothes out.

I have too many.

I've done my cds and dvds, and next (when I can actually be bothered to do it), it will be the clothes

do you often buy more than you need of an item? (say you only need 1 bag of fries, but you buy 5 or 6?)

No, I wear a lot of neutrals...shades of grey, browns, some blues. I used to wear black or green frequently, but not much anymore. The neutrals are soothing.

Do you tend to hang out on one board on PC or do you divide your time in different boards?

Carol would be either O Little Town Of Bethlehem or Once In Royal David's City.

Popular music would be either Mull Of Kintyre by Paul McCartney and his band Wings or Mistletoe And Wine by Sir Cliff Richard lol I know these songs are old by they are feel good songs.

I to be honest LOVE Christmas full stop so any song you play me will go down a treat....

Except O Christmas Tree... detest that song lol

Question: Have you ever attended any groups aimed at people with mental health illness?

(Curious as I'm starting a group next week through the NHS Occupational Therapists.... its at a local college and the college runs a day and the OT's run the other 2 days. Its a course called GOALS its only 7 weeks but I'm hoping it will help me get a goal for structure in my life etc)

That's wonderful, Miss Laura! I'm sure many people will appreciate such a course.

I have attended a few groups related to mental health. In the US, there are two organizations that offer support groups and other educational programs or events throughout the country. One is NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) and the other DBSA (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance). I've attended groups/events of both. There are others, too. I also once attended a multi-week program held at my local library that focused on coping with chronic illnesses. That included other illnesses, but was still quite helpful. I am all for such classes and groups.

Q: Have you ever taken on a leadership role (even temporarily) at work, school, or in personal life endeavors?

I have the heating on, but not very warm. I prefer to wear more clothes than have a very warm (or hot) house (/cave)

Do people tell you that you're kind and thoughtful? (aside from abusers who would be unlikely to tell the person/people they are abusing this)

Sure, sometimes. Other times, not. I don't depend on regular compliments and positive reinforcement, though, but we all need a little, occasionally. There are also times when words are not necessary to me, especially if other forms of communication say similar. I try to be kind and thoughtful often, but other times I'm just chugging along in life trying to get through what I need to do.

Do you remember your very first day of elementary/primary school? Any details you can share?

First day of primary school, I had been sick and was a few days late back to school. It was partly the same group of people who had been in the ''little'' school as it was called then (a private school) I remember the music lesson, probably my favourite teacher. She taught the piano (I was not allowed to learn piano).. this was a music lesson for the whole class.

Have you read many books on psychology? (I've read a few by Dorothy Rowe, Irvin Yalom and Peter Lomas (only one by him) (I just thought I would like to read another of his books, maybe I will soon)

Joan Miro, a more modern artist originally from Barcelona, Spain. My husband and I were lucky to have visited the Joan Miro museum there during our recent trip.

Favorite instrument?
