bpcyclist, my sweet psychiatrist got back to me, even on a Saturday. I must say he gave me a bit of lecture in his email response, mostly about my therapist and using coping tools. He increased my base Seroquel XR again, and told me to keep using prn IR.

I am also very concerned about how mentally ill people are treated in the criminal justice system. I've read and written a little bit on this topic in the past.
