I quit weed yesterday. I slept early and had crazy dreams. Today I'm stopping the phenibut CT from 300mg (Which isn't much cuz I tapered down).

No shroom or alprazolam either. No alcohol. Just my meds and vitamin C, D and fish oil.

The only drugs I'll be taking are nicotine gum and a cup of coffee every morning.

So.. 19th of July 2021 = Sober =]
