You might also like the game Graveyard Keeper, it's like Stardew Valley with similar graphics but you're running a graveyard instead of a farm, it's actually a lot of fun lol
You might also like LittleWood, it's a fun relaxing/peaceful RPG with old-skool graphics, it's really cute

OMG! a game about Chocolate!!!! now wouldn't it be good if you could send off for all the chocolates you made in game to be delivered as real chocolate to your door!!!

I do think the 2D/2.5D is good for handheld play on the switch cos you don't really have to worry that you're missing seeing something further away. And it's generally not so taxing that you need to follow step by step instructions and be able to see it better on a bigger screen.
Animal Crossing was good for handheld play where some other games with the then tiny menu's are difficult on handheld, unless you have exceptional eyesight!
I do like that though I can take it off docked and continue to play in handheld in bed whilst watching TV at night.
Games like BOTW though you can't really appreciate fully in handheld mode, but dock it to a 4K TV and you're like WOW!!!
Ring Fit Adventure also really only works docked for exercising in front of the TV.
Spirit of the North is stunning visually when played docked you play a fox running through the mountains etc in snow and its gorgeous, but the game gets tricky quite quickly cos of the platforming element (for me anyway with dyspraxia) and I got bored cos it was taking me so long to get past one bit due to my co-ordination challenges...so it ends up more stressful than relaxing for me!
The combat elements on the 2D games are much easier as you just bash your button to wave your little sword at them...lol!
Though I'm really struggling to time the button presses in the fishing game (SDV) and haven't managed to catch anything yet!
