Too much coffee (and on occasion alcohol) affects me negatively, too. It's sometimes hard not to lean on such crutches, especially the coffee when you're tired.

I think I might have made progress in encouraging a therapist for my Hubby. We'll see.

It's extremely understandable that you would have anxiety with wedding preparations added to your usual duties. I remember the mix of excitement and stress I had during my wedding prep and wedding. They always say how it's one of the more stressful things in life, despite being one of the loveliest. Do please just pace yourself with the preps.

Pinny, you are not weak! Being ill or stressed has nothing to do with weakness. I recall yesterday bringing up how strong we all are in battling a mental illness while trying to live the best life possible.

* Lamictal (lamotrigine) 150 mg
* Seroquel XR (quetiapine ER) 500 mg

I also take meds for blood pressure, cholesterol, and tachycardia.
