I cook just fine with a crockpot and baking some desserts too but aside from that I can’t cook.
I know how to make linguine and clams really well homemade but that’s it. I wish I had my mom teach me how to cook more. She was a really really good cook. She made the best most delicious food and all I bothered to learn from her was linguine and clams because it’s my favorite.

You need a thermometer for chicken…it’s the only way really. If you get it to the right temp it’s perfect….otherwise it’s too easy to be like hmmm bet that’s still raw while it’s totally cooked. There’s also a way to look at bounce but that requires experience.
