I am trying to decide when it is best for me to take a LOA from work but I want to give the Lybalvi a chance to work before I take time off because I will take it without pay.

How are you doing SP?

Sounds like a great plan….I’m doing ok…went to work…no pain so I’m ok just afraid of more pain which could happen at any time.

Don’t torture yourself in order to be thin….yes cutting back carbs is good but there is some minimum number you need on the day to day.

Mmm turkey shreds sound like an excellent cat treat.

Nice that you and your friend are talking.

Yeah I don’t normally mix foods either…unless it’s salad I can mix that with meats.

Man I can’t cook for ****. I always make chicken breasts and they always come out really tough, and somewhat dry.

I cook just fine with a crockpot and baking some desserts too but aside from that I can’t cook.

I know how to make linguine and clams really well homemade but that’s it. I wish I had my mom teach me how to cook more. She was a really really good cook. She made the best most delicious food and all I bothered to learn from her was linguine and clams because it’s my favorite.

That makes sense, I don’t think you’re weird.

I don’t have a problem with my food touching,I just feel overwhelmed eating multiple things at once. It gives me anxiety for some reason. Like it’s too complicated. That’s why a lot of the time I just go for protein or meal replacement shakes or smoothies, they’re simple and easy to eat.

You need a thermometer for chicken…it’s the only way really. If you get it to the right temp it’s perfect….otherwise it’s too easy to be like hmmm bet that’s still raw while it’s totally cooked. There’s also a way to look at bounce but that requires experience.

Thanks

I do have a thermometer my sister gave me. I’ll try that out next time. I probably am overcooking them.

Maybe that will be one of my goals for this year. Learn how to cook a few things well.

I was reading for 1.5 hours. I started the walk with my mom and her friend but was thirsty because I didn't bring water so I turned back.

I'm doing good..

I'm gonna contact my care manager tomorrow. See what she can help me with in terms of getting into volunteering. The same agency that can help you get part-time work can also help you get into volunteering or get back in school. I haven't heard from her in 2 months so I've been hesitating to contact her. I hope she's still my care manager, I think she would have told me if she wasn't or if she wasn't working there anymore or something.

I am doing okay today. I was thinking about dropping my master's course then the director after I emailed him said that I can take a lot longer than I previously thought I had to complete it. All in all I feel like crap, but that's probably because of the Klonopin withdrawal. I do want to get off of Klonopin desperately though. Just don't know if it's gonna work.

Why do they make drugs like Klonopin that are so hard to get off of? Why are they so dang addicting? I don't get it. I gotta stop asking why though.

I think the best choice for me is to stay on Klonopin.

If the withdrawal is interfering with your life stay on it until you get a calmer patch.

There is some lemon pepper spice ready to use at the grocery. It’s my go to when I’m lazy to cook. You just need to cut the chicken breasts into long shapes or buy the precut ones. Put some olive oil sprinkled with some salt in a bowl, dip the chicken in it one by one. Get another bowl for some flour and the lemon pepper spice. Roll the chicken inside the mix until it’s fully covered. Then cook on a medium heat until it’s brown and fully cooked. I eat this with some ready to eat salad mix with my favorite dressing, thousand island

My coworker had a birthday, in the NY office. The big 5-0! So I sent her some flowers same day because I just found out about it today. She got them. They look like a little white kitty with some other flowers around it. So cute! I had seen the dog ones before but I was so excited they had a kitty cat one. I told her she doesn't look a day past 32 so don't even stress about turning 50.

They're having a coloring contest here in my building, they gave out little packets with like 3 coloring sheets in them, and we can have them scanned in after done and sent to whoever judges them and there will 3 categories with a winner in each one, and you will be put in a raffle to win $20. I'm gonna do it. I wish I still had my prismacolor pencils, because those are really good for coloring but I will make do with my Crayola colored pencils for now.

I don't know if I'll win but it will be fun to try out anyway, I've been trying to get myself motivated to color anyway, I have a lot of coloring books.

My new medication better be amazing. It was supposed to cost me $250 which is like $8.20 per pill but I got a savings card online. THANK GOODNESS! I hope it doesn't make me gain weight. It's supposed to be more weight neutral than Olanzapine.
