I'm doing good today. I dealt with some transphobia at the DMV but I'm actually kind of glad it happened because its like I survived it and nothing bad happened. I just dealt with stares and unfriendliness pretty much. Possibly a rude comment I just brushed off. I had to tell them I was trans anyways. But I handled it much better then I thought I would have if I had to deal with it.

My eating was tough today. I worked out a bit too much early this morning and my therapist told me in email I need to cool it a bit. Rapid release tylenol took care of my pain though.

Overall I think I did good.
