I guess it had been already mentioned in this thread but I wouldn’t discard some kind of relaxation exercises or mindfulness practise to help you get into your sleep. I personally find it very useful.

There are many herbs infusions that help to relax but you have to be cautious about how they work in the organism because some are beneficial but others may interact with other health issues that you may have.
