It's interesting you mention magnesium and B-complex... I take that every morning along with omega-3.
I also have Ativan to use PRN, if things get too bad ...
One thing that interests me is finding ways to actually be angry because I believe I internalize a lot of anger, as it was not an accepted emotion when I was growing up; I was not allowed to be/get angry.
When I do get angry, it feels like I'm a bad person or something... I end up feeling guilty.... and then it feels like everything is going to go out of control.
I posted an article in the OCD forum that proposes that feeling guilty actually brings on OCD... it's interesting...
