I hope you start to feel better soon, Mountaindewed. When my husband got covid, we also had no clue where he got it. Unfortunately, we had both been interacting with lots of strangers during part of it. I felt kind of bad thinking he may have given it to someone. Hubby had already been coughing when we were out and about. What was odd was that he had had a week or so bout of the coughing and tested negative, a couple weeks prior. Then he had a week of almost no symptoms. Then it came back and he tested positive...and gave it to me.
I kinda think that some people initially mistake their covid for another malady, or have wrong covid test results. Especially home tests. Or, they simply get such a mild case that they don't think they have it, and then spread it to others.
