The thing with covid is for so many people it IS totally random and they never know where / who they got it from. Like I’ve said before all you have to do is walk past one person in a shop who has it - just one random person in a random shop - and then you suddenly have it. There doesn’t have to be anything else to it. Having said that being run down and eating too few calories would definitely make your immune system more vulnerable to catching it.
Did you guys in the US do all that contact tracing and checking in to shops and everywhere else with QR codes during the height of the pandemic? When that was happening people had a good idea where / when they caught it but they don’t do that anymore so we all just have to assume that anyone we come into contact with even for a brief moment could have the virus and pass it onto us.
