I wonder how long it will take me to not be anxious before my therapy appointments with my new therapist? I took my anxiety medicine today but then felt the rapid anxiety coming on, like a panic attack, so I took a PRN. I talk to T in about 3 hours. I'm nervous. I don't know exactly what I am going to talk about.

My coworker got me a coffee today from Dutch Bros. It is an annihilator, iced. It is very good. It helped my migraine headache quite a bit--caffeine usually helps.

My maid of honor dress for my sister's wedding needs to be hemmed about 4 inches. At least I have time to get this done before the wedding.
