That's great you got your sleep apnea under control. I'll keep your suggestion in mind. I'm first going to try again to lose some weight and see how that goes. When I'm thinner I stop (or nearly stop) snoring. Also, I need to have my sinusitis better addressed. That could be another factor for me. Spring is terrible for my allergies.
