Didn't know about the minimum compliance part of it - thank you! I've had to keep the mask off due to irritation on the bridge of the nose that got infected. But that was way back in 2006 or 2007.
But the real reason the insurance company refused to pay for my replacement machine was because I could not demonstrate
any compliance -- I could not get at the data. This machine required a special cable. Plus the sleep doctor wanted to increase the pressure settings, but he couldn't -- the front panel didn't work either.
