No fees were mentioned. They've called back each night now, but the computer is STILL "restoring the registry" after 24 hours!!! I've waited this long... might as well let it go another day eh?



McAfee wasn't happy that the computer crashed, and that I wasn't able to use it to clear the problem...since they had me remove McAfee! So I guess they are somewhat liable? That they have my money for another 14 months of service, they better keep trying to help me. If I only had the one computer I'd be spending lots of moola at the movies
