So, I bought this cute embroidered mushroom Christmas ornament today and was thinking of giving it to T before we break for the holidays. I know she accepts small gifts as I have given her one before. My concern about this particular gift is that the reason I know she likes mushrooms is because I have seen she follows a few mycology/foraging accounts on Instagram. T knows I have found her Instagram and we have talked about it a lot but I never mentioned looking at accounts she follows. I don't know if I'm overthinking it because I too like the ornament and originally was just going to keep it for myself so if I gave it to T she might just think I thought it was cute? But also, this is therapy so everything means something!
