Thanks for the explanation. That explains the coffee grounds stuff that i always hear about but never questioned, which i am appalled at (that i never questioned).

I like how they are saying now that the gut is really "outsides", not innards, like a spleen or a kidney. I guess also because it reacts directly with the outside world.
