I didn’t do much in the way of steps today, but I got inspired by a podcast on peri menopause and did a short dumbbell workout. Drs were talking about the holistic approach to menopause and importance of lifestyle. They emphasised the importance of weights at this time. I kind of know this but don’t do anything about it so I do need to step up for my own sake. Just using 2kg weights, it’s manageable.
