This is so true. T gave me an assignment for the weekend - to think about the concept of "grace". He said I am very good at giving grace to other people , but I won't give it to myself. I am thinking of it as loving-kindness, as it is a buddhist concept and therefore makes more sense to me. It's very hard to think about applying it to myself.

We are all lucky we have each other right now while we're still learning. I'll give you grace, you give me grace, and someday when we grow and learn more, maybe we can give it to ourselves.
