"Trauma throws you out of the cultural box where you were used to living a certain reality, one that did not often speak of death (or severe hardship). All of a sudden you are in a new country, disconnected from the life and people you know.
There can be a deep sense of loneliness and separation from the world at large since they are seemingly living a different reality than you.
Making matters worse, there is often a lack of empathetic mirroring that validates your experience and you can end up feeling crazy, isolated, and inadequate."

...Robert Grant

LIsten I have been hearing your pain for some time and when I read this in a cancer survivor book today, I thought of you, Dear Person too.

You really need to talk to a therapist or a Dr. about the pain of trauma that you are living with.

I picture you making a call to a family doctor or primary care physician, and telling that person you need help for the trauma.

Everyone needs help to deal with this pain, everyone, which includes you.

Please listen to the messages of people feeling your pain and asking you to seek some help.

I will hold positive thoughts for you, and how you will open up, if not your heart to have more compassion for yourself right now, opening your eyes to what is written here and by others over time who care, that there is a better way to cope with this trauma than suffering thru it home alone. Help is a decision away.

Love and Peace,
night
