I'm sorry to sound harsh but you really need to start helping yourself and take your
MEDS. You take meds for your physical problems so why not for this? It's no different. The thing is, if you continue to not take the meds prescribed you could end up going to hospital and then being
FORCED to take the meds. You don't want that do you?
