I find it so hard to be angry....it feels like such a waste of energy but right now? it's anger I have never felt before in my life...that bothers me but you are right - I am allowed to be angry that he would do this.

My friend told me that I showed strength talking him out of it too...I will try to see it that way...all I know is that I was so afraid of what he was going to do...my sons mean everything to me and I am sure my instinct took over.
