It's awesome you found someone that you can work with so well!

I never thought I could work with a woman, but after a year with my (male) T, I found another (female) T who I see occasionally for spiritual teaching/mentoring. She is also very available by e-mail, which really does help in those moments when I am getting ready to spiral into a bad place in my head.

It is so healing to be accepted and understood....I'm glad you found someone who provides that to you
