Ok - I will share my symptoms:
Chest Pain (mostly right side)
Chest Pain (dead center)
Shortness of Breath
Numbness in face and lips

i'm not a doc but it sounds like classic symptoms of a heart attack.
mitral valve prolapse can also cause palpitations like you describe. have they checked that? ..but the other stuff could be caused by a blockage somewhere. i have blockage in my carotids but most of the symptoms sound like my first answer.
