Katt, what happened was that the cyan didn't get refilled. I couldn't figure out why I still wasn't getting the blues to print. I took it out and looked at it where the ink comes out - only yellow and magenta show up. I have my credit card transaction printed out for that day, and all I bought from them was the cartridge that day. It'd be pretty coincidental that I bought something else for the exact same price.

She even said "I shouldn't tell you this, since it's an Office Max brand product, but don't buy those again. They don't even use the same kind of ink."

Anyway, I'm getting off topic.
