Hey guys this is fab
I have really big problems with sleep. I work shift work so my sleep pattern is all over the place. I will go to bed at between 10pm and 12am. But i wont sleep until 3am or even worse 6am.
I do not eat or drink anything after 6pm
I listen to easy music before bed. But i still cant drop off to sleep.
I am not stressed out or anything. I did go to my doctors and she gave me insomnia info and that was useless. I haven't been back since as that trip was a waste of time. I keep a sleep record and have done since the start of the year and i sleep roughly between 3-13 hours a night.
My aunt suggested a sleeping pill which is over the counter called forgive my spelling someinex? But i can not find it anywhere.
I also work Night Shifts at least once a month and at least 2 sleep over's a week which depending on the guy i look after i could get anythign from 2-6 hours sleep at night but this is normally broken sleep as he gets up as he has behaviour problems
Any advice would be great as its now nearly 1140pm and i am not tired one little bit
