Just in case you may not feel well with eating alot of food, you can make smoothies that are nutritious.
I have to eat, and keep my energy up, and there are times I'm just plain out flat sick... but I can drink fresh juices I make in a juicer or I can make smoothies in a blender.
There are a ton of recipes on the net, but get your vitamins and minerals - and you can always add a protein powder to your blender drinks.
Thank goodness for this, because most nutritious shakes and juices only take minutes to prepare, especially important if one feels weak or overwhelmed.
