I am trying so hard to stay away from my pain killer addiction.
 I don't know what else I can do, I know I cant' do it by myself I swear everyday "this is my last day to end using them again." What is happening ? Is getting worse. I need professional help, I need to talk to a friend , I need to go to church I need to be positive to all. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh can't do it can't do it  Can't do it by myself  genn

genn, you have some good ideas about finding a friend to talk with and seeking spiritual support from your church. Hopefully PC can help you out some.
