Welcome to PC. And taking it one minute at a time is fine. I can relate. But remember every day you don't drink is a day that you're making a positive healthy choice for you and your daughter. I agree it really is hard, it's especially hard to go it alone. Would going back to AA be an option?

You are doing well. Maybe consider going back to AA?
My bf (ex) is an alcoholic. All I can say is dear - you have a daughter. Alcohol destroys relationships and will make your daughter unwell. Think of her and of your relationship with her every time you want a drink. Have some tea instead. xx |
