I know it's really not that long, but today is 2 months sober for me, and that's the longest period of sobriety that I've managed in about a year.

I've had a couple of rocky moments where I almost gave in, but so far I haven't even though I literally want to drink every day.

I'm still going to my 2 treatment groups a week and showing up for my supervised antabuse, even though I hate it.

Have to admit I feel physically better when I'm not drinking.

So here's to another 24.
