So...I'm schizoid and I feel ADDICTED to marijuana. I don't know why or how, I just am. I understand people better and ACTUALLY FEEL LIKE I WANT TO MAKE A CONNECTION WITH THEM. its sounds crazy right? Well that or I turn into a hermit and sit a play music for hours and hours on end...depending on how much I have. Marijuana either makes me "normal" (sociable) or makes me hide. Either way I love it lol. Any thoughts on marijuana or other psychoactive drugs affect personality disorders?

A lot of people under estimate the fact that marijuana can be addicting but it is. All drugs can greatly alter the personality of someone especially someone with a mental disorder. Drugs cause changes in the chemicals in your brain which can affect your mental disorder, whatever it might be. It can also cause medication to be completely noneffective.
