I have been on Facebook for more than 4 years and it has become a serious addiction leading me to bad behavior and wasting too much of my life there.

As of today I sent a message to my closest friends there telling them I was taking a much needed break. Honestly, I hope I never go back. But I am going to take it one day at a time until not doing Facebook becomes the new habit.

I would appreciate feedback and accountability from any of you. As we all deal with addictions we can all use accountability. I will be there for you and would appreciate some of you being here for me.

Peace
Kevin

Thanks Madisgram. Today is day 7 and I am doing well. But surprisingly, I have had some physical withdrawal symptoms that are very similar to those I had when quitting smoking many years ago. I never expected that. Weird. But I am still happy with my decision.

Peace,
Kevin
