The good news is that you can always start over; as many times as you need.

do u find your life is better drinking than when you were sober? AA told me alcohol would gladly refund my misery. they were right.

Yes 10 months is a very good thing.

Relapse can happen and so can getting back on the wagon. Dust yourself off and continue, except try to learn from your relapse. There's no need to repeat the same mishaps over. Learn and carry on... you can beat addiction.

I've relapsed many times since first trying to get sober in 06. But each time, I dust myself off and start over. It's hard I know. But life is much better sober.

Give yourself another chance at sobriety.

I went to rehab 4 times--the last time it seems to have stuck to me. I've been sober 5years and 9 months. There is hope.
