Well im one of those guys whose weekend use turned into spending every possible second stoned, over a period of two years the last year has been this constant. So after ALOT of consideration I've decided for my own physical and mental health to quit using weed since im unable to control my usage. Some symptoms im experiencing are fatigue, depression (doesn't help im bipolar), slight nausea and some restlessness on day 2. Now my question is can i do anything to help the detox process along? Any vitamins or supplements to counter act fatigue specifically? I realize there's is probably a ton of info on this subject but a more personal response always seems to be more fulfilling.

I've heard that you should drink a lot more water to flush the toxins and stuff from your system... Did you just quit cold turkey or did you taper off?
