When is my recovery date? I am so confused about it. I also suffer from depression, severe depression. I recently took a handful of valium to try to hurt myself but really wanted to see if I could get high from it too. Do O change it to then?

I hope you are doing better! Your date would be the first day you did not use. Correct me if I am wrong that is the date I always went by.
